DELIVERY
We are pleased to offer free shipping for all orders over $50. USA Only.
For International Orders, we offer free shipping on orders over $200.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
The average arrival time is 3-5 business days for US orders. For International order, please allow 7-15 working days. An order can however take longer, but that is mainly dependent on your location and postal service.
RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your item for any reason at all, please return the item to us within 20 days of delivery and we will refund you.
Sale items are a Final Sale. No refunds or exchanges.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed, it goes into our cue to be processed. If for any reason you need to cancel an order, please reach out within 2 hours of placement. We cannot guarantee an order will get cancelled.
I DON'T KNOW WHAT SIZE TO CHOOSE?
We are working on getting size charts for all of our products. Plus we do our very best to give accurate descriptions of the size and fit under each item description. If you are still unsure of which size to order, you can always contact us and we will recommend the correct size.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS NOT IN THE CONDITION AS DESCRIBED?
If your item has been damaged in transit, then we kindly ask you to contact us and we will resolve the issue for you.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Yes, we operate globally and ship worldwide to all major destinations.
DID MY ORDER GO THROUGH?
If your order was successful you should receive an order confirmation email that contains an order number. If not, your payment was not successful. This could be for a number of reasons including that your ZIP code did not match the one associated with your credit card. In order to solve this, edit your billing address to match the one associated with your credit card.

SECURITY
We process all card payments through a third party payment system and therefore do not see or hold any of your payment information.
The only information we receive is your name, delivery address, phone number, and email.
