RETURN AND EXCHANGES POLICY

NEED TO MAKE A RETURN?

We hope you love all your purchases, but if something does not work out just right, we’re here to help!

RETURN ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free.

  • Original tags must be attached & intact.

  • If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date at info@revolutionrose.com

  • Shoes must be shipped back in their original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be placed in another box to avoid damage from shipping.

  • All items on Sale are Final Sale and will not be accepted for return.  Please do not send these items back.  

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  • Return for an exchange:

    • We cannot provide holds due to limited inventory. If an exchange is needed we encourage the customer to place a new order for the item(s) needed and return the other item(s)

    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Returns for store credit:

    • Must be received within 30 days of the original order date.

  • Send a return:

    • Send back the return, using USPS- United States Postal Service (address provided below) 

  • When mailing a return:

    • Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return

    • Please provide the original receipt

    • Send returns to the following address:

  • If an ineligible item(s) is returned to us:

    • We will make every effort to contact you.  Please provide a valid email and phone number when checking out.  We will hold ineligible item(s) for 30 days from the date of the first contact. Should we not hear back within 30 days we will donate the return to charity.
