RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

NEED TO MAKE A RETURN?

We hope you love all your purchases, but if something does not work out just right, we’re here to help!

If you purchase Seel Return Assurance for eligible items in your order, please use the Seel Return Portal to return your eligible items.  You can learn more about the Seel Return Assurance policy here.  If you do not purchase Seel Return Assurance along with your order, the order is subject to the standard return policy.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free.

  • Original tags must be attached & intact.

  • If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date at info@revolutionrose.com

  • Shoes must be shipped back in their original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be placed in another box to avoid damage from shipping.

  • All items on Sale are Final Sale and will not be accepted for return, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance.

 

You can purchase Seel Return Assurance at checkout if you want the option to return and receive a refund for eligible items. If Seel Return Assurance is not purchased for eligible items in your order, then your order is subject to the standard return policy. You can learn more about Seel Return Assurance and the Seel Return Assurance policy and return process here.  You must follow these instructions to qualify if you purchase Seel Return Assurance for eligible items.

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  • Return for an exchange:

    • We cannot provide holds due to limited inventory. If an exchange is needed we encourage the customer to place a new order for the item(s) needed and return the other item(s) Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Returns for refund:

    • Must meet the above requirements and be received back to us within 20 days of your receive date.  Refund will be credited back to your original payment method when placing the order.

  • Send a return:

    • Send back the return.  Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return process.

    • Please provide a copy of the original receipt

    • Send returns to the following address:  Revolution Rose, 10735 Massey Road, Pilot Point, Tx 76258

  • If an ineligible item(s) is returned to us:

    • We will make every effort to contact you.  Please provide a valid email and phone number when checking out.  We will hold ineligible item(s) for 30 days from the date of the first contact.
